Cashew Kefir Milk - Fermented Food

2 cups of Raws Cashews: soak for 5-8 hour in purified water + 1-2 tablespoon of grey sea salt. Drain when soaked,

Put water and the cashew in a blender/Vitamix + 3 dates.

Add the Kefir grains (www.yogourmet.com).

*Don't let it sit for too long, it will become very sour. Ask Dr. Stéphane
