My love for yoga with a holistic mind set and a personal training background all led me to massage therapy. I’m a fixer. I was frustrated with my own body dysfunctions, aches and compensation patterns. I wanted to resolve these issues myself. I wanted to know what are my pains? Why are they there? Why can’t I touch my toes in a forward bend? Since, I have changed myself to work out for a more functional useful body to work properly and flexibly.
